Since 1985, Tre Emme has embodied the tanning tradition of the Vicenza district, combining experience, innovation and a full leather production cycle.
Founded in 1985 in Zermeghedo, in the heart of the leather district, Tre Emme began as a company specialising in leather production for the furniture sector. Over the years, it has gradually broadened its expertise, extending production to the footwear, leather goods and automotive sectors while consistently focusing on the high end of the market.
The company’s growth is the result of an entrepreneurial vision built on continuity, expertise and the value of people. Today, Conceria Tre Emme remains a family-run business that approaches every project with the same care that has distinguished it from the outset, investing in innovation in production processes while maintaining its ties to the local tanning tradition.

Conceria Tre Emme was founded by the Sartori family in the heart of the Vicenza tanning district. From the outset, the family believed in the sector's growth potential and chose to invest in leather processing, starting a business that would strengthen and grow over time.
The arrival of Massimo and Stefano Sartori, the second generation of the family, marked a new chapter in the history of Conceria Tre Emme. The generational transition brought new skills, energy and a strong drive towards technological innovation, while maintaining family continuity.
Investment in new technologies led to the development of a new product line, marking an important phase of growth for the company and contributing to its growing presence in international markets.
Conceria Tre Emme obtained LWG (Leather Working Group) certification, reinforcing its growing focus on sustainability. Protecting local water resources drives new investment in technology aimed at optimising consumption, reducing waste and limiting the environmental impact of production processes.
